The 51st Eight Jazz Band was founded in 1998 by Colin Farquhar, Rob Hopkins and Gary Raddysh at Chilliwack Senior Secondary. Ten years later, they are now a polished professional ensemble playing red hot jazz in the style of the early masters. They are a draw at festivals up and down the west coast. Be sure to catch their Tenth Birthday Festacular on Friday night. |
